I always order flowers for mother's birthday from Simple Bouquets and every time the arrangement is more beautiful than the one before it. Great customer service and beautiful flowers!

Simple bouquets received an order through ftd of roses to be delivered to me by my husband.   Our first anniversary.   
A rude voicemail was  left on his phone at 147 pm on day of delivery stating,  " i was leaving to deliver  (name removed )'s roses but 'you need' to call me back by 2 or theyll just have to be delivered tomorrow ".  SO SHE TELLS HIM, LATE IN THE AFTERNOON,  HE HAS 13 MINUTES OR FORGET IT?
the place claimed to be open til 5.   No answer at 430.  Left a cancel delivery message and told her i would blast for simply taking money for service not provided.   Cancelled with ftd as well

Simple Bouquets did the centerpieces for my wedding. She was very receptive to my ideas and the result was beautiful. It was a last minute decision to use Simple Bouquets, but I'm so glad we did.
