Whittemore Florist

The local couple that you speak of from Belmont are family friends of my mothers. They are great people and provide a excellent service to the community by providing high end flowers that look beautiful. I have personally used this florist since they were purchased by the new owners and I always get excellent service. Everyone I recommend this family owned florist to has been very pleased with the flowers they receive. I used to use 1-800-flowers, but after using Whittemore Florist I would never use another florist. They can send flowers all over. Give them a try. I am sure you will not be disappointed. Easy-to-order website; great customer service over the phone; they let me squeeze it in for delivery today even though I ordered in the afternoon; the arrangement is beautiful; the recipient of the flowers is delighted.

I ordered flowers for a friend to be delivered to the local hospital on a Thursday. When I arrived to visit her from out of town on Saturday, I was pleased to see how many lovely arrangements she had received. I asked if she had received my arrangement - her face turned red. "What happen?" I asked. She pointed to a small arrangement pushed to back with mostly dead flowers. Appalled I said "I paid over $50 for THAT!" I called this "florist" expressing my displeasure and was told by the surly clerk that she was not responsible for the flowers once they left the shop. She did not offer an apology or any other assistance.I told her that in today's computer world upsetting customers was not the brightest idea; she said, "Oh well, do whatever you want."
