Heaven Scent Design Flower Shop

My sister's 60th birthday is today and she just moved and didn't give me her address until yesterday. I am not a fan of using national florist chains, so I contacted every local florist and the earliest delivery would be Monday due to lack of fresh flowers from supply chain issues. Heaven Scent called me back to offer a solution of a beautiful seasonal plant option they had available so I could properly acknowledge and celebrate my sister on her special day. Unfortunately, my sister is not well and transposed the house address numbers in her text to me. The florist called me while attempting to deliver today letting me know there was no such address and since my sister just moved, her name was not on any mailbox or in any database system. The florist was diligent and went above and beyond for us to help find her and deliver to her on her birthday although a snowstorm had been forecast. The plant is absolutely beautiful and I couldn't be happier with my experience with Heaven Scent Design Flower Shop. I live in Atlanta so it can be hard enough to do things long-distance, but they made it easy for me even though I made it difficult for them. Truly, thank you so much!!!!

Highly recommend Heaven Scent! I called to order an arrangement for Saturday delivery and learned they had no openings. They called me back, from Caller ID, I did not leave my phone number when they had a cancellation later that afternoon. Not only did they go above and beyond to provide great service, but they delivered a beautiful personalized floral arrangement to my family member.

I chose Heaven Scent Design after reading other reviews online for my wedding. I am in NO way interested in fluffy details and decorations, nor do I know ANYTHING about flower types and what colors go with what. I met with Elaine and showed her the color of my dress, the bridesmaids' dresses, and the groomsmens' suits. She knew exactly what to do! I left it in her very capable hands! I had a few questions and follow ups before the big day, and a simple phone call to the shop put me directly in touch with Elaine. She was very organized and took all my notes down. The big day arrived, and Elaine showed up exactly when she said she would! She helped bring all the flowers into the room, and then gave well wishes. I couldn't be any happier with Heaven Scent Design and Elaine's work. I would highly recommend her services!

Elaine was wonderful to work with and the flowers were beautiful! Exactly what my daughter wanted for her lakeside wedding! Highly recommend! Would use her again in a heartbeat!

I was excited to order local and support this shop. I ordered the Keri design for my sister's birthday in January. I Received an email that it was delivered and the next morning was asked how was my experience. My sister did not receive the flowers, as their system had declared. I called and asked for clarification. Elaine was GREAT about getting back to me about the mix up and confirmed that it didn't go out and that it would and she would personally see to it that it was delivered. She asked how to make it right and honestly, I just wanted them to be delivered - we laughed and she said yes, of course. I'll waive the delivery fee and add some extra blooms. Perfect. It was delivered and she made sure my sister knew they were outside waiting for her. Well.. those extra blooms were spider mums. seriously? They looked like they were just stuck in the bouquet and not real thought given. The service charge? The charge went through quickly for the full amount, but the refund hasn't yet. So... I can see why this shop is so highly rated, Elaine was lovely and thoughtful and clearly cares about service, but what I had hoped for, in terms of "extra blooms" were not spider mums on the Keri design and while quick to charge me, slow to refund me. I will certainly consider using them again, but may give other shops another look as well. I have waited, but it is now March and have yet to receive a refund on my CC for the delivery fee.

Placed an order online last night and asked that the flowers be delivered to the funeral home the next day, order was accepted. Received email today that the delivery was delayed one day, no reason given. I replied to the email that I had placed the order on the delivery day. About an hour later I got a call from Elaine explaining to me that the funeral director does not accept flower deliveries before the day of the service, something I didn't know. She was very helpful in her explanation, and very pleasant in her manner. I would highly recommend this shop to every one!

We’ve gotten flowers from Heaven Scent many times, and have always been so pleased with whatever they’ve done - beautiful flowers and very elegant and creative arrangements! We’ve used their website to order every time we’ve made a purchase.

The most beautiful bouquet I have ever received. They have lasted almost two weeks. Nice to know we have such a caring florist in the Lakes Region.
