Cranberry Barn Flower Shop

My friend was delighted with her birthday bouquet; very tasteful and beautifully arranged! I ordered via email late on Sunday, not expecting delivery for Monday- but they came through just the same, to my surprise!

Placed an order with florist and gave credit card info over the phone 3 days ahead of time, went to pick up and same florist had no record of my order, was not even apologetic, and was actually defensive. There is only one employee, I think they lost and then forgot about my order as my card was never charged.

I am disappointed. First the flowers arrived 24 hour's late. They look nothing like the picture i choose from online and the balloon never arrived with the flowers and card. I paid $85.99. A complete rip off. I live half way across the country. Trying to do nice thing's for family is important to me. I will never use this flower service again.
