Jason is a fantastic customer service agent. When I had purchased my ticket at the kiosk, my ticket didn't print out even though the payment when through. He looked up my seat and said it was okay not to have the ticket as the kiosks are very old and it does happen from time to time. He has a wonderful manner about him and seems to really enjoy helping others.

Nice Cinema, but seats have gotten significantly smaller with not nearly enough legroom especially when reclined. : Tough to sit comfortably when you're tall. Also, most of the staff are amazing and friendly but definitely need more training.

LOVED This theater! They have everything! D-BOX Was pretty nice! Pretty close to great, Would recommend D-BOX. also MiniMelts taste great too make sure to try those when you go there!

Extremely overpriced mediocre Imax 3D experience. The real IMAX downtown is leaps and bounds better than this experience and $10 cheaper. I found this 3D to be very dark and the picture quality was just alright. Also, there were no less than 30mins yes 30mins of ads/trailers after the scheduled showtime before the movie began.

Too expensive. Considering that the theatres are mostly empty, the prices should be lowered to reflect demand. More people would go to the movies if they weren't getting price gauged every step of the way. It's a real shame that this theatre is put mostly to waste.

Went to see Avatar 2 with my family at the Silvercity in 3D IMAX. I found it ridiculously loud. I couldn’t make it through the pre show as it was way too loud! Movies don’t need to be that loud. In fact it is probably damaging the customers ear drums. I left my family and got a refund before the movie started. Ruined my family night at the movies. I am very unimpressed with the experience of going to the movies. Everything is waaay too expensive and the experience is not fun anymore. Way too many gimmicks such as 3D, IMAX, Dbox, stupid loud sound! Why has the movie industry gone so off track?

Great theatre with top of the line films all the time. 3D screens and a great Imax. Huge lobby with a few video games and a good size counter to buy popcorn and drinks. It's a shame that Outbacks is so tucked into the back corner that you can't even see that it's there when you walk in. The staff need to learn the difference between sweet-and-sour and hot sauce.

Went to have a deluxe movie experience. Most everything was as expected but the seat/chair that was provided is broken and a nice staffer said they are aware but can't get it repaired at this time, so why is it not selected as unavailable for use to customers? Really?

IMAX 3d is impressive however it's getting very expensive. 4 adult tickets booked online was $98 and change. Also the $6 online booking fee is absurd

Went to watch Avatar yesterday. Such a horrible place, congested seating, meaning of pushback is different I was getting back pain and head ache sitting there. Movie time was 4.15 pm, however movie started around 4.40 after 30 minutes of stupid advertisements. Also, no intervals to use toilet or to buy some snacks.
