My sisters were visiting, and we were excited to try out this location because of its old-school charm. The seats were fantastic, and we had the entire auditorium to ourselves, thoroughly enjoying the experience. However, our experience took a turn when we discovered three rats under our seats. This completely ruined our experience, and we had to leave in a rush. It makes me question how thoroughly the staff cleans after each show. We won't be returning to this location.
Went to a movie tonight and the entire theatre smelled like pee. It was pretty empty and I even tried moving around the theater and it still smelt like pee. All the recliner seats are starting to wear down and the vinyl leather is mostly worn off, which makes me wonder how they are cleaning the seatd. And on top of that the movie had a dead pixel which was really distracting. I had to put my jacket over my nose to be able to stand the smell.
The vinyl seats are ripped and torn. Was about to consider sitting on them but was overwhelmed by the smell of vomit from their cleaning materials which is what their bathroom hand soap smells like too. Tried to get a refund but was more complicated than I thought because we partially paid with scene points so we gave up and called it a wash, never going back.
Really nice reclining seats here and great location right downtown and though the screens are a bit small compared to their newer, modern counterparts. If you want big screen action, don’t sit in the first 2 rows or toward the back, you might be disappointed with the view and the sound. Sitting in the middle seats would be ideal.
Was there for the first time the past Tuesday… the recliner was comfortable, there weren’t a lot of people, seemed clean enough… so the experience was good.nnThe screen could be a little bigger though imo but whatever
