Silver Star Steak Company

This is definitely one of my favorite places to eat in Helena. They have great bar and restaurant. The service here is in most cases outstanding aside from the normal random less than par experience. Price is well worth the experience.

I would recommend this place to anyone looking for excellent food and service! The ambiance is great! If you have a special occasion to celebrate this is the place to go. We went on a Tuesday night and the place was buzzing.

Bison burger to go with sweet potato French fries. Good burger. Fries were a bit mushy. Personable hostess who put takeout order in. Restaurant itself looked pretty busy while I waited.

I ordered the prime rib (aged 40 days), and I must say that it was the best steak I have ever eaten. This restaurant is a very upscale and classy place. I had no problem in receiving each course of my meal in a very timely manner, and the waiter was extremely friendly and helpful in everything we asked for! I would go back to restaurant in a heartbeat, if I'm ever back in Helena, Montana!!!

**Excellent food, excellent service. Aside from the grumpy blonde hostess everything was fantastic. Our server was professional, fun and knowledgeable. Out of the four orders from bison, halibut, chicken and salads everyone was in agreement the quality was outstanding. Food orders were accurate, service was prompt, pricing was reasonable. **Will be returning.
