Jade Garden

Went on a Saturday afternoon for lunch. The food was good. The new interior was nice. The new staff and procedures need considerable work. Saw several examples of instances where either more training was needed, or better management was needed, or where the employee was simply not up to their job. We were disappointed and will give them another chance in a month or so with the hope that this restaurant will be more than a carry out option.

Great food, large portions and wonderful family atmosphere. So glad that they reopened. The waitstaff was friendly and considerate. We were sad to see that some of our old favorites were no longer on the menu like Orange Beef.

3 visits so far. mediocre food and service. Main complaint is the front of the house. They are disorganized and spend too much time answering the phone and sorting out their take out orders. It would have been nice if they had remodeled the waiting area when we have to wait a half an hour to be seated. I was really looking forward to the reopening and am disappointed.

It's different than it used to be. The sour soup and crab rangoons were good. The pad Thai noodles were good. Pad Thai could have been a little spicier. The fried rice is not the same as it used to be, the sweet and sour chicken was drowning in the sweet and sour sauce.

What a fantastic staff! I was ordering a To-Go, the phones ringing off the hook, many people placing orders, picking up food, waiting for tables and paying for dinners . Even though they were extremely busy (and 1 dining in family was openly and obnoxiously making very rude remarks) the hostesses were amazing, friendly and professional! I regret not getting their names so I could let management know what a great job they did under the pressure of the dinner rush! Very impressed and happy to have Jade open again!
