Signature Flowers Ltd

I made on online request for a flower arrangement to be delivered on a certain date. They sent the flowers the day that I placed the order (a week early). I called them and they apologized and said they would deliver another bouquet on the requested date. I had originally rated this place a 2 star because our credit card statement showed two charges. When I contacted signature flowers, they said the system was faulty and it "should" fix itself. I think a $120 charge for flowers (delivered on the wrong date) is an okay reason to rate a 2 star. They then contacted us regarding the review asking us to change it. We were charged twice for this. it took a while but it was eventually resolved. so we now rate it a 4 star.

Their website was not updated to indicate that their bestseller item would not appear with the vase shown. My choice was based around the colour of the vase as it was the most striking. Despite a potentially expensive order from me, the owner had absolutely no interest in offering any compensation to satisfy my disappointment. Their website is great and offers an easy to use and a beautiful visual selection. It is not updated or maintained by them. I hope that Signature Flowers can offer better service to their future customers who experience the same issue as me.
