Shoppers Drug Mart

My daughter booked an appointment to discuss travel vaccine recommendations. She booked for 1 pm and was told to come back at 3. They charged her a higher fee than was indicated online. She had to wait a couple of days before the vaccines were ready. They were supposed to call, but never did. When she went in for the vaccines, they charged her a $20 fee for each injection and told her she should have booked an appointment??? Never going back!

I had a terrible experience today. Rude person serving me and mistakes with my medication. I worry for the seniors. I will be changing pharmacies as I have lost confidence with this Shoppers.

The staff are totally committed to helping me out. They go out of their way for me to manage my prescriptions, especially when I travel. Brian is so good to make sure I get medications on time. Thanks again to all of the staff there.

Bought an Xbox controller with a defective battery tray. When attempting to exchange it, was told I will have to go through Microsoft itself for a repair/replace. Would not recommend buying electronics from this store/location
