Shoppers Drug Mart

My go-to drug store. They usually have everything I need.nThe owner is an amazing,caring, trustworthy, compassionate, and very knowledgeable man. The pharmacy staff are all amazing. the same goes for front of house and floor staff.nVery clean and well run establishment.

Went into the shoppers drug Mart twice today and both time are going in. I noticed that the person working cash in the pharmacy area is literally doing absolutely nothing while everyone else is working their ass off. Kudos to the rest of the team were actually working, but I think there needs to be a conversation about cell phone use And being professional not sitting there at your cash on your phone. I found it very rude and very unprofessional and didn’t even want to drop off my prescription today as it wasn’t a necessity didn’t want to put any more work on the rest of their team while someone doesn’t do their job Shoppers drug Mart do better

Will, he is amazing always smiling, love when I go in and he is working. He is the reason I give a 3 star review. The pharmacy isn't great. Long waits even when they are the one to give you the time to come in an pick up. Always something. Always someone else's fault. I understand customer service is not always easy, but I stood at the counter for a full 5 minutes 3 people working and not one of them addressed me, not one of them smiled. All of them saw me. If you have other options on where you can go for prescriptions in arnprior there are other options you should do so.

Literally just got off the phone with shoppers and the lady at the pharmacy I wish I had got her name. She was so polite and helpful. Was a super simple call but she was a joy the entire time. Great customer service specially for somebody who’s currently under the weather.

This store is usually pretty well stocked. If you get your medications here the lines are always long. The store is always very clean, staff are very helpful.
