Story

Im a hair stylist at Sienna Salon and day spa. Hair color is my passion! I love to make people feel great and look their best. I'm a Certified Redken Specialist and Certified Redken Haircolor Authority and I am always continuing my education to better serve my guests. I graduated from Excel Academies of Cosmetology in Troy, Mi in 2008. When you are in my chair I will teach you how to re-create your look at home and also learn the latest trends and styles. All of my guests will have a fun, relaxing and educational experience at Sienna Salon and day spa!!!

Mallory is amazing and the salon in general is great! My entire, picky family have been going to her for years and we're never disappointed. She's experienced and knows what she's doing. I highly recommend her!

As of 8/19   I am updated my review...  Thank you Heather for fixing my hair.. I love it!!! I will definitely going back and only seeing her.   Heather took her time explaining what she was doing with my hair and even the products she was using.  I really appreciate the time and amazing effect done by Heather.  because of her I will definitely be back... 

Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is I actually like the way my hair was cut.  Beyond that... I'm extremely upset. I wish I would've seen the previous person's review.  Because it has now happened to me.  I referred to this Salon that is the sad part.  I went in specifically to have my grey covered.   I honestly could've done a better job.. Worst part I couldn't see it before I left.  My husband saw it when I came home seeing he is taller then me.   When I looked in the mirror you can see the grey through out my hair.  I even showed the stylist what I wanted.  The parts that were supposed to be red only at the top... the bottoms look faded as when I walked in.  I am regretting going to this salon and even after what I paid $130....I should've seen NO grey what so ever!!   So be cautious when going to this salon.  You may get lucky getting a good hairdresser.  Me not so lucky...  I even wrote them an email seeing it was after hours when I noticed.. no response yet.    Lucky me I get to do my hair myself or pay someone else to fix it which is total BS!!

I've never actually been to a really good hair salon so every time I get my hair done, I'm nervous. I don't have to worry about that anymore! I could not believe how amazing she did on my hair! Alittle pricey but well worth it. Anyone who asks me where to get their hair done, I tell them sienna! :)

I will give them a two because the salon is nice and the stylist tried very hard to fix her mistake but that doesn't make up for lack of experience or not having a managing stylist there to ask for help. I went in to have my roots colored (I have bleached blonde hair) I told her on more than one occasion my hair will not lift without bleach. I even told her as she was applying the product and I ended up with orange roots. She tried to fix it and they are worse and yes still orange. When I made the appointment, I asked for an experienced person with color. What upset me the most, is I still paid $122 dollars and the receptionists asked me if I wanted to leave a tip. I was there for four hours. I had to take a vacation day today to get my hair fixed because I could not go to work. They discounted the coloring but if someone leaves your salon with orange hair, you would expect more to be done. I didn't agree to give her a third shot at fixing it because she had already failed twice. Lesson learned.
