BEYOND frustrated with this facility!!! Couldn't even get through the door! I called hoping to get an appointment for the next day. No answer. So I left a message. A woman called me back while I was driving, so I couldn't get my credit card info right away to give to her. Told her I would call her back. When I got to my destination, I called back and was again, greeted by a voicemail. The mail box was full, so no message could be taken. I tried calling later on, but still no luck. I proceeded to go to the website and left an email, explaining what happened, and wanting to confirm my reservation was still on. Never got any response. Fast forward to a day later, I call a few minutes after opening, and FINALLY the secretary picks up. I ask her for my reservation confirmation and she tells me that they have my time slot away. Furthermore, she says she emailed me which was either untrue or she emailed the wrong person because my email had no new mail. Honestly, if a business is this sketchy to call and make an appointment, I'm thinking that maybe it was a good thing I just didn't go at all.

Short Story: DON'T BUY THEIR GROUPON. I bought the BFF Package (facial/massage) for $132 and it was a COMPLETE RIP OFF. We were only given about half of what was listed in the Groupon. The "spa" is in a room in the lower level of an old office building. Towards the end of our "massage" the next guest knocked on the door and literally WALKED in while we were on the tables. Not a relaxing, satisfying experience at all! FULL STORY BELOW. I purchased a Groupon for $132 for a "BFF Package" which was described as "Two 30-min massages, two 30-min aromatherapy facials with hot stones for couples or friends, and two hydrating foot or hand mask treatments, and finally tea service". My friend flew from across the county to visit me and I bought this Groupon to surprise her. First we arrive at an old office building and we have to wait 5 minutes in the lobby for the lady to let us in to the room. The wait and the office building was not so much a turn off because the room was set up nicely and it did feel like a mini spa. We were told to take off our tops and lay down because it was a back massage (not specified in Groupon) and get under the covers (2 separate tables). Our appointment was at 3:30 and I would imagine by time we were undressed and the two ladies came in it was probably about 3:35-3:38. For the facial there was a few different products applied and then I was told to turn over. It felt like less than 10 minutes. I turned over and then the massage began. I will say the lady did a good job but again before I knew it she was covering my back and telling me to get dressed and come to other room. The two woman left and my friend and I looked at each other and laughed. I could not believe they were done and that was it. I got off the table and looked at my phone: it was 4:07. We went out to the other room sat in wonky chairs (with a Swiffer mop leaning on the wall next to one) and they slabbed some what seemed like lotion on our feet (they did not offer hands although that was an option on Groupon) and then wrapped our feet in plastic and told us to sit for about 7-8 minutes-I guess this was supposed to be the "foot mask". We were given some like warm tea and chocolate kisses. It was now almost 4:20 and we were unwrapped and told it was over. We could also see the two customers waiting outside to come in. At this point I was frustrated but it was almost comical how awful it all was. I can't believe I spent $132 on that. And I am glad my friend was understanding because that surprise was so embarrassing. I would not recommend anyone buy that Groupon, it's a rip off!! There are much nicer spa's with better service for much less.
