I purchased a couples spa experience for my hubby and I. Wow! Is all I can say! We were treated like royalty from the time we arrived until we checked out! My facial was phenomenal! My hubby massage was so good he said he felt like he could build a house right after! Lol! This is the same kind of service I have received at Franklin Spa other locations! I bought a gift certificate for a friend to have the same experience! I cannot wait for her to go! Thanks again Franklin Spa!

I paid for a one hour massage. The massage was very good, but too short, probably less than 40 minutes*, then I was told to put my feet in hot water. And I just sat there for 10 minutes as the water got cool, while the masseuse was preparing the room for other clients. So less than 40 minutes of actual massage, plenty of just sitting there by myself with my feet in water- something I could very easily do at home for free. Disappointing. I can't recommend because of this. *after sitting with my feet in the water for so long I started to wonder if the lady forgot to tell me to leave when I was ready, because there was no indication she was coming back. I just decided I was not being attended to and changed and immediately looked at the phone, and at that point I was there for about 48 minutes, the last ten of which were just sitting with feet in the water by myself.

Wonderful experience! Very relaxing way to start off a birthday with a couples' massage. There were so many relaxing components and detailed touches packed into a one hour session. The best part was that they were respectful of pressure preference. Thank you!

I been trying to schedule a appointment and unable to . My friend brought me two gift certificate . I call no one never pick up the phone . I try leaving a message on the voicemail and the mailbox is full . Also went on the website and send a email no one responded. Poor service I would have gave rated no stars but thats impossible if I wanted to make a review.

We arrived and the communication was a bit short on what we were to expect. We had to change in the bathroom. The foot scrub was not a foot scrub but a foot soak. The wine was tasty and the massage was outstanding....although, it was not an hour and very rushed more like 25min massage . This experience was definitely NOT worth the money. We checked in at 5:10 pm for a 5:15pm appointment and we were in the bathroom changing back into our clothes after the massage and facial at 6:15pm....that was too fast for "Spa Experience" . We had a Groupon and we spend 35 or 40 minutes trying to figure it out. I left there irritated and will never return - buyer beware!

This is the worst experience with a company that I have ever had. I bought a Groupon for a couple's massage and called to make a reservation. It took several days for them to respond and set it up as they don't answer the phone. When my husband and I arrived, the building has been turned into a dry cleaner. They have not updated any information on Groupon, their website, or Google maps. I also was not informed of this when I made the reservation. The dry cleaner told us the new address, which was over 20 minutes away. Because they don't answer the phone, there was no way to contact them to say we would be late. When we arrived, the spa was in an office building basement and was now listed under a completely different name. After another lengthy wait, a woman informed us that we were late and they would not be receiving the massages. She was unapologetic and rude. I have never been treated like this at any place of business.

Amazing experience, doesn't look that exciting from the outside, but the massage I had with Tracey was the best I've ever had! Professional service, really hygienic, and a Groupon!

My experience was awesome! Both Tish and Maria were great! Very friendly and professional. We definitely be back for another spa treatment.

The couples' Romeo and Juliet massage was absolutely wonderful! We had a groupon and the service was still wonderful in spite of other reviews I have read. I would highly recommend it to anyone!!!

This was the worst "spa" experience I've ever had. It was very rushed, we purchased a Groupon with a massage, face mask, and foot scrub. It was done In 40 min no foot scrub. One lady put my friend and I into a room had us change in the bathroom. When we went to lay in the bed we were laying on plastic, no sheet or anything down which is gross! She put rocks on my back while waiting for the other therapist who was sitting in her car when we got there she was gone when we came out. Paid a lot of money for this awful experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone! When we asked about the foot scrub she said food scrub or mask, that's not what the Groupon said! Very disappointed. Poor customer service!
