Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

Very clean and beautiful spa! Their membership is extremely affordable and such a great deal! I've had a few different massage therapists and liked them all! Front desk is always friendly and gets this busy Mom in last minute often. Excited for my monthly massages!

Really enjoyed my massage at Hand and Stone. The front desk staff as very polite and helpful as well as my masseuse, Megan. I enjoyed my visit so much I signed up for the membership! Defiantly suggest this place for anyone looking for a great environment and someone who will care about your massage needs!

Greeted professionally in a tranquil spa environment! I had a facial that was divine because Alexa does a wonderful massage and I actually was so relaxed I fell asleep a few times. Had the foot treatment as well and it was just the right pressure that really topped the entire experience! I opted to join the monthly plan. Well worth it! Treat yourself because your worth it!!!

The receptionist and the whole staff are super knowledgeable and professional. I am a member and have tried multiple massage therapists. Everyone has been great but Jessica is my lady! I have MS which can affect different muscles. Not only was She was super excited to massage my jaw but she also did an amazing job!! My fiancé, who is also a member, has his own favorite due to her ability to help him with his ankle.

Last week was my very first experience at Hand & Stone Massage. Both my Masseuse and Esthetician did an excellent job and surroundings were clean and pleasant. I noticed that the massage finished slightly early (about 6 minutes) but that was not a big deal. My slight dissatisfaction was with the checkout process. They did not give me a copy of my base charges or display them on a screen. The young lady rather was more concerned about pointing out the expected level of tips than providing transparency to me as a customer. I am not used to that! She then wanted to sell me on a package and kept going even though I had no interest. I will recommend this place and likely will return. My only request is be mindful of your customers at every step of the process.
