Sibley Inn Hotel, Iowa

This felt more like a B&B ... very nice hosts. And the lady was really into the Christmas spirit! She had beautiful festive decor throughout. It was clean and there were a lot of little touches that were pretty smart (like a book/magazine rack for its patrons by the ice machine, with some good reading materials.) Breakfast was your standard continental breakfast, and good enough. Things like the TV remote actually worked, which often isn't the case. My room had a fridge and micro and a nice, deep Jacuzzi bath. So, the price was right, great hospitality and clean. So many of these smaller Indian-ran places just aren't up to standard, nothing ever works right. This one is a gem - great people and attention to detail.

This place is great. It is by far the most friendly people I have met that are running a hotel. I travel for work and see a lot of hotels this is a good one. Good breakfast, nice beds, clean. They have a grill for you to use. Just very friendly and very caring. If ever in town I will stay there again. Sibley Inn I give you five stars. Great job.

The rooms are clean, the showers are hot, & the are beds comfortable. The owners are friendly & accommodating. When have you seen a hotel provide ice scrapers & snow brushes as an added convenience ? They do.

Stay here for my job. My bed is always comfortable. The people here are very friendly from front desk to housekeeping. It is very clean. They do have a electric grill outside for use and serve breakfast. I do enjoy the biscuits & gravy.

The owners are extremely friendly! This is a pet friendly hotel with a real breakfast consisting of eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, and so on. This hotel is also fairly inexpensive compared to other hotels we've stayed at and had more to offer.
