It was my first time today, and I loved it! A great place to fuel the body, as well as the soul. An inviting and inclusive environment where caloric and artistic intakes compete. And as it turned out, it offered a welcoming window to watch the rainy world go by as you cut the ribbon on trying your first "blind" breakfast. Thank you for filling my heart and my stomach.

We tried to eat here months ago but had to pass due to the large line outside which is a great sign. We were back in Madison this week and had to try it again since it was just as busy and it really didn't disappoint! Easily one of the best breakfasts I've ever had and definitely the best place I've eaten at in the city so far. The trio with pancakes, sausage and potatoes was my order and I wish I could rate it 6 out of 5 stars! Vegan pancakes were also amazing and what this restaurant stands for is so important. It's easily worth waiting in line for and a place I would love to come back to. wonderful breakfast spot! there was about a 30 minute wait outside before we could order and sit at the table, but the staff were incredibly efficient and clearly were experts in managing a steady flow of customers. they had vegan pancakes for my friend, which is always a delight. the buttermilk pancakes I had were huge and fluffy. the atmosphere felt very homey, lots of decorations that gave the place a personal touch. id absolutely come here again if I'm ever in Madison.

Excellent eggs Benedict and Bloody Mary. Had potatoes for a side. The biscuits are some of the best I’ve had anywhere in the U.S.!!!! Everything was on point! In every bite you take there are new flavors that you can taste. If you enjoy food with multi floral tastes in every bite… this is the place to go. Not even going to tell you how good the bloody was. Go here, now.

Worth the wait for weekend brunch! Cute decor and great atmosphere, plus bottomless coffee we tried the pecan French toast sooo good but best to share, eggs Benedict, and the Trio with eggs and a short stack. Also seems like they’re contributing to cool stuff in the community and working hard to ensure it’s a gender inclusive space.

I am visiting Madison and was recommended this spot for breakfast, and it did not disappoint! I took a risk and ordered The Blind, it was fantastic. A risk well worth taking! I really appreciate that there is both table and bar ? seating because it doesn’t dissuade the solo patron such as myself. Coffee is self serve and in mugs, and their cinnamon hazelnut brew was the perfect morning pick me up. I’m super glad I came during my short visit and will be coming back!

Passing through Madison and stopped at this place for breakfast. Literally the best Corned beef Hash I’ve ever had. They put rosemary in the potatoes along with the other seasonings…. Yes they actually seasoned the food, it was really good. I was impressed.

Cool breakfast all day place! Went at 8:30pm on a Friday and there was no line. Really great breakfast sandwich with cheesy bread bun! Nice service good vibes

The food here was pretty good. The pancakes were amazing but everything else was average. They make people form a line outside which is annoying but it is nice because then the inside of restaurant isn’t crowded. I think their prices are a bit steep for breakfast food but the food is filling. Probably won’t be back due to the pricing

Sorority weekend was a success with a final amazing breakfast at Short Stack Eatery. The 20 minute wait outside was easy. I am a pretty decent cook and consider my pancakes the best, but had to try theirs and see if they could come close. I'd like to report that the blueberry pancakes surpassed my expectations and dare I say, better than mine!!?! Believe me, it takes a lot as I've perfected mine. DELISH! Just damn tasty. Kudos to the chefs! My daughter enjoyed her eggs and hash browns as well. I sampled a bite and eggs were good but those hash browns were killer. Keep knocking it outta the park ladies and fellas if they're any in the kitchen:! We'll be back for more of that excellent cooking!
