Short's Root Beer Stand

Being generous giving a 3... was once a tine i would have given a 5, but quality has went down major in the past few years.. esp this summer. Food was cold and over priced... Horrible wait staff, that was slow and didn't seem to know what a sloppy teddy was. she told me it was prob pulled bbq.. used to loveee their watermelon shakes, now i can't even finish one. Must have switched brands but should go back to how they Used to be.

Last time I went there the hotdogs were undercooked, and the root beer tasted horrible. I haven't gone back for a year now. Though I can say with honesty I can not say anything bad about the atmosphere. They have a great wait staff and I highly enjoy there music. I hope that their food will match their outstanding service someday.

When I went it was packed to the brim with cars, so a long wait was expected. That aside all of the food is reasonably priced and tastes fantastic. If you're looking for a great meal at a good price, visit Short's root beer stand.

Great little old school feel place to eat! Almost like being back in the 70's and 80's, great food, friendly staff makes you feel right at home. Prices and menu are great also! Thank you, you guys were great!!

We had great service and the hot dogs and fish sandwiches and root beer were great. They also gave our dog vanilla ice cream and a dog snack.
