one of our favorite spots to order from and this visit we got a little perk, always a plus! However it seemed like someone had dumped a few pounds of extra sugar into the sauce and the hand tossed crusts had taken away all the flavor of the toppings. the Pan pizza was full of flavor the exact same pizza on hand tossed we tasted nothing except the sweet super sweet sauce..

If I could give less than a star I would have. My wife called in the order, went in to pick it up and the employee who took her order did not put in her order. Waited about 25 more minutes for it to be done, got it home found 3 hairs IN our cinnamon sticks. Probably the last time we will go to coldwater pizza hut

Went to one in coldwater mi. Service was super slow and we had to ask server to turn on the heat. It was later at night and not busy at all,didn't see reason for slow service.

Took an hour to get a persoanl pan pizza i asked for no onions it was cover in onions. There was 4 people in the whole place.
