McDonald's

This place is a joke, customer service is their last priority, was short a 10 piece nugget on my order and was told that they would bring it out to my table, well after waiting almost 45 minutes I proceeded to the counter were I stood another 5 minuets and was completely ignored until I had to interject myself to an employee... never again will I support a disgrace of an establishment, McDonald’s I hope your proud of this fine representation of your company... all employees and all management need terminated immediately... JMO

I love their bacon egg cheese biscuit and the peppermint mocha is awesome. Hillsdale McDonald's had a re grand opening this Nov. I entered it and won a 55 inch visio 4 k tv. They are awesome.

I love the nugs BUT I WENT THERE AT 9:22PM AND THEY WERE CLOSED THE DINE IN AND THE DRIVE THRU. but you get 2 stars because the nugs are worth it. would recommend wendy’s because they are actually open 24 hours but mcdonald’s nugs are great

I go to this location on a regular basis, but consistantly long waits of many times over 20 minutes in the drive thru, when they arent even busy, poor quality food, and a constently poorly trained staff, have driven me away from ever going there again. Just terrible, and I mean consistantly bad. 😠

I usually only stop here when I don't have time for real food. Today I stopped in at Noon and was told they were all out of the chicken tenders..how does this happen? The fries were cold and the employees all appear to be both overweight and overpaid. Pretty typical for Coldwater...
