They are always exceptionally polite and caring whenever I get my prescriptions filled or have a question about an over-the-counter product. I wish more pharmacies in Kamloops had such great customer service like this one does. The parking lot is awkward and there's always a jerk who thinks it's okay to park right in front of the building in the fire lane, but that's not Shopper's Drug Mart's fault. (some concrete barriers might be helpful)
