Kipp-Mallery Pharmacy

The customer service at Kipp-Mallery is exceptional. They have always gone above and beyond to help me out with my needs even when I didn't always purchase my products from them. I've come to realize that their pricing is very reasonable and in at least one case $50 lower than I paid elsewhere. I also like that they carry items that are hard to find at other pharmacies.

My son was in Kamloops for his University soccer championship when he was injured. We live in Ontario and called Kipp-Mallery to see if they had the medical equipment needed to get him back home to Cape Breton. Paula in Medical went over and above to help us in our difficult situation and all her help was really appreciated. Great customer service. Thank you again Paula we appreciate all your extra efforts.

I've been to this pharmacy twice, once to purchase an ankle brace and once to use the Medview clinic. Both times I found the staff to be knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I was concerned about talking to a doctor online rather than in person but the nurse at the clinic made the process easy and comfortable. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes.

I went today to the medi clinic downstairs and was very disappointed with what I heard.....I waited 20 minutes in the chair outside the so called nurses office with the door closed and at first I could hear them small talking about non related medical issues then this went on and on and on for the whole 20 minutes I waited in a lot of pain and have been to emergency many times with severe neck pain and drowsiness not lookin for narcotics but a good dr.so after waitng 20minutes listening to this non sense I left,i don't see how this is helping our medical problem in Kamloops,kip mallery wont make money doing this or help anyone who needs help.guess I gotta drive out of Kamloops to get help...don't bother going to this clinic or what ever it is...,

Fast and friendly service at Kipp-Mallery, its always a joy to walk in and feel welcome by the great staff here!
