Real Canadian Superstore

Coming from a small town in the lower mainland area, every time we come here we're blown away by how reasonably priced everything is at this location. Fully stocked with everything you need and then some, great location, friendly staff. My favorite Superstore by far.

Lots of vegan items including Silk yogurt and milk, Impossible, Light Life, Beyond Burger, PC, Simulate Nuggs, Daiya, and Yves. Lots of Bolthouse drinks. Good amount of parking. Spacious store. Also plant based cheddar cheesies and Made Good brand items.

In terms of variety of different products at a grocery store, you pretty much can't beat it. It even has a very generous international foods section. In terms of price, only Costco can actually beat them on most products. The only downside is the quality. In terms of quality, it comes in on most fresh goods below Save-On, Safeway, or Costco not to mention the more specialty grocers.

Bad on call customer service. The phones shouldn't exist if its of no use. I was on hold for 20 mins without being attended waiting for the grocery department to answer. The customer service isn't very eager to have a conversation, they'll transfer your call to the departments in the middle of the conversation without listening to you in a rude way. I should not struggle so much simply to check if you have a certain product in stock since your website doesn't provide that information. I even had the product number. This is just bad customer service. You guys need better technology and kind staff. Disappointed!

Such a variety of products from clothing, food, plants, household, outdoor, pharmacy, and so much more. It's easy to walk around and find what you need. There are always deals in the veggies and fruits. Make sure you bring your own bags.

As of today, Superstore resembles more of a maximum security prison than a grocery store. People are shoplifting because they cannot afford the prices, and the resolution is not to gate people in areas like cattle and put alarms at every door angle. I've never felt more sad in humanity than when I went in there today, and I'm surely not going back. BUY LOCAL.

A very nice selection of foods, some nice sales, and knowledgeable staff were able to help me find any small item I've been seeking. The produce looks fine, and they carry a few nice varieties of mushrooms I've always meant to try.

They never have anything you need in stock and prices have raised drastically on certain items, almost double. Basic items like Milk, Butter, OJ, coffee creamer, cat litter and dog food are never in stock. Tired of wasting my time coming to this store

Picked up my prescription after Walmart didn't have my medication. They had it ready extremely fast as the drive to from one place to the other is only 5 mins. I got there and waited 2 mins left and it was all done! Highly recommended!
