Terrible customer service. Nobody follows the scanning code of practice. Shelf tags never match product being purchased. Will be calling head office and will be running a complaint with scanning code of practice head office. To the one staff member that repetitively says "no we don't do scanning code of practice on those tags, my manager told me" you need a training course in SCP as well as customer service.
