Shoppers Drug Mart

I love Shoppers Drug Mart and will continue to be a customer of theirs for years to come! The staff have gone beyond the call of duty to help me in every way possible! I fell ill at the check out one time and they went beyond the call of duty in doing what they could for me! They gave me bottled water and told asked me if there was anything they could do for me? I have been a loyal customer of theirs for a long time and always will be! For people who have experienced it differently , there must be a good reason why and not a fault of Shoppers Drug Mart! I stand by Shoppers! If the store was that bad why are there only a few bad reviews? I'm not going to let these few reviews change what I think about Shopper's drug Mart! To me family owned doesn't necessarily mean their friendly! I know because I have experienced it first hand!

Always been helpful and nice to me when asking about medical questions. Sometimes there can be a bit of a wait for some help but typically I have good experiences here.

Terrible experience on a number of occasions. Especially with the OLD pharmacist lady. She was really rude, impatient and not helpful at all. I would leave 0 stars if possible. If you need any medical advice, avoid this location.

Brutal management. Will never support again after all you've done. Also accused my friend of stealing and kicked them out even when they allowed you to search them and you found nothing. Pathetic stereotyping business owners.
