I was in the store yesterday and made a few purchases-... Mascara...eyeliner...kleenex...etc..I always look to see if Trish is available when there is a line-up....she wadn't at her cash...nor in the aisle...she was probably busy since the "Joe Fresh" people were in setting up....so I went to the normal check-out...only to be told by the very "crabby" lady...that since I had cosmetic items I should of checked out there. I explained that I did go over..but she wasn't available....she then re- iterated that I should of gone over...I AGAIN explained that SHE WAS NOT AVAILABLE.This woman was down-right rude..Is this who you want dealing with your customers?...  I am always in your store..and when dealing with this individual...it just makes for a not so pleasant shopping experience
