Lady at the front named “Erin” is super rude and impatient. She’s loud and obnoxious yet has zero customer service skills. Her demeanour is literally crap and she doesn’t care. She said to my wife that she doesn’t care about Google reviews or if we complain. My family and I will take our business to a different pharmacy. Rexall is losing a lot of business because of this person, I have read other comments on google reviews and many people complain about her. A manager needs to step up and do their job properly and address her rudeness and temper. I don’t mind taking this an extra step to report her bahavior and customer abuse to higher authorities. I want to speak with the pharmacy owner or corporate executive regarding this matter asap.

This location is relatively small, making it convenient for quick pickup purchases.  There is lots of parking available, and at a busy intersection by the hospital.nnI called in to check for a package delivery. I was greeted over the phone by an absolute gem named Sally.  She was very helpful and personable. When I arrived at the location, Sally was thankfully still working, so I was able to continue to receive her exceptional customer service.   This 5 star review is because of my interaction, and the help that I received from Sally, in the postal department.  Thank you

I am definitely frustrated with this pharmacy since it changed ownership. This is the second time I have requested my medication delivered and am waiting 4 days for it, 10 days to get the script straightened out, putting me in withdrawal from medications I have taken for 20 years! Thanks Rexall. Can I have my meds now?!?

Hi, this is a new review I deleted My old review as I wanted to give a new rating and LOWER rating , This place can't get things right I have complained more than once on MANY things and My last ODSP paid order had WRONG items again I AM SO SICK OF THIS PLACE SCREWING UP TIME AND TME AND TIME AGAIN. WHEN AM I GOING TO GET THE RIGHT SIZED MEDICAL GLOVES FOR MY DAILY NEEDS. i'VE SAID I DON'T KNOW HOW MANY TIMES NOW THAT I NEED A LARGE NOT AN EXTRA LARGE. I KEEP TELLING THEM THEY WILL GET IT RIGHT FOR A WHILE THAN SOMEONE PACKING  MY ORDER SCREWS UP AGAIN, WHEN WILL IT BE WRITTEN DOWN AND CHANGED FROM EXTRA LARGE TO LARGE GLOVES. IS THERE A MAIN BOSS/ MANAGER I CAN TALK TO I AM SO SO SO SO SICK AND TIRED OF THE SCREW UPS AND JUST HAVING TO TOSS AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO BUY GLOVES THAT I DON'T HAVE THE MONEY FOR BECAUSE SOMEONE CAN'T BE BOTHERED TO EITHER REMEMBER OR TO AT LEAST LOOK UP WHAT SIZE I HAVE REPEATEDLY SAID I HAVE NEEDED MY GLOVES CHANGED TO. - THIS RATING IS GETTING ZERO STARS BUT SINCE THE RATING WONT LET ME LEAVE 0 I AM PUTTING 1 STAR BUT WISH I COULD PUT ZERO

I would like to thank Linda for taking time on Saturday to help me figure out what supplies I needed for a family member’s post-op situation. She was professional, kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Her assistance saved us from a very stressful situation and we appreciated it more than she will ever know.
