Shoppers Drug Mart

The staff is amazing , however, every time I need a prescription renewed they never have the drug in. I am either waiting for it on order or I have to go back for the rest of it. Who has the time? The lot is hard to get on and off of. The corner is busy. Has anyone else had this experience? For me it is all of the time. I am going to switch over to Garth. Enough.

Staff are the best! Mike and Tom do everything they can to help if any problems with prescriptions arise. The delivery man is also wonderful

Good store however bad parking lot although its not their fault its the construction sites fault! I notice their items are more expensive then walmarts but then again they have the best points system in Canada.

got called "so annoying" by a 'professional pharmacist' in front of a crowd of customers after I was forced to call the nearest shoppers in front of them (again) and tell them that this one won't cooperate and make a phone call to obtain a prescription which is out of stock? have wasted my time again and again trying to get a weekly prescription filled at this place but they are too incompetent. all over a minuscule amount of anti-anxiety meds that I clearly need meanwhile anyone can get a months supply of painkillers without a pharmacist looking twice. all in all good job withholding my medication geniuses.

The one man at the pharmacy was very rude and unhelpful to me and also gave me false information about when my prescription was going to be available for me. He didn’t seem to care either. Terrible customer service I won’t be going back to this shoppers
