Shoppers Drug Mart

Incredibly disappointed! Rating the store with 1 star is too generous. Store is supposed to be open 24 hours but unable to access the majority of the store because most isles were blocked off as they needed to wash the floors and they didn't want anyone walking on them after!!! Serious? Staff were incredibly rude and belligerent about it as well! If washing the floors is more important than serving customers then it shouldn't be open 24 hours! Never will I shop there again!

Why is it that all other businesses have to have a public bathroom, but this Shoppers? I’ve never been to one without one. I asked two different people, just in case they had different responses, and the answer was the same; no. None for the public. It’s really too bad because I really, really liked their cosmetician. I was hoping to find a bathroom, and then go back and buy the Lancôme holiday set from her... But instead I had to run out the door. I will not support a Shoppers like this, who cannot support their client’s human needs. I’m surprised that Shoppers as a brand does not get involved with this to have a washroom as brand consistency. While in Regina, I will google maps it over to the next pharmacy. Even though this one is across from my hotel. #Shoppers #ShoppersDrugMart

Stop here from time to time for a quick item or two. The pharmacists have always been great anytime I need a prescription filled or need something over the counter.

Experience Worst customer service ever in any field. As I am a shoppers employee from another store if I am using my PDP I have to use debit or cash but not if I am not using PDP. Supervisor forced me to use my debit even if I did not used PDP. All staff need to be train properly before confronting customer.

Expensive than the other shoppers locations in the city. service is about average.
