Shoppers Drug Mart

Went for a prescription with my daughter who is a child while we were waiting for the prescription in the waiting room, the pharmacistwhite guy told my daughter she was stealing and told her she needed to pay for her things in side her purse. Luckily the security guard was right there I told him what happened showed him the purse and he asked pharmacist why he did that, I also told the lady working at the front counter she went to speak with the pharmacist aswell assuring him we never stole anything. After all that the pharmacist said it's because people always steal from here.

I've been going to this pharmacy for over 10 years. Over the past 6-8 months I've noticed: The staff at the register are abrupt/rude and you're met with sighs and irritation. No smile or hello. If you're trying to talk to them or offer assistance, they interrupt you. They don't look you in the eye or treat you like a person. You get cold indifference or as if you're presence has ruined their entire day! Definitely thinking seriously of taking my business elsewhere. Sad when the actual pharmacists are good. OH AND I'M A NURSE! If I treated my staff, patients or family this way, I'd be definitely called into a meeting. I am requesting management speak to your 2 main employees working the register in your pharmacy.

Took my prescription in, when i was waiting i purchased two bags of chips got the receipt i even told the staff i had to wait for my prescription. While i was sitting there waiting out of no where I'm getting accused of stealing from the pharmacist i showed him my receipt, he was still trying to argue for no reason. The security guy came by to tell him i had a receipt for the THIRD time because the pharmacist was not doing HIS JOB. The pharmacist was a chubby white guy. Terrible experience.

They should put a sign out or on Google saying not to visit the pharmacy 15 mins before closing. I was turned away a little before 9:45 pm because “we close in 15 mins”nI went right after a doctor’s appointment and was turned away from having my medication. Didn’t even look at my prescription to see if it was something they could get ready fast.

Pharmacy use to was good and very helpful but recently I went there 2 times and never go there anymore because she is so rude and behavior is terrible. her name was Charvi nIf customers don’t know about something you should be helping them, she doesn’t know about a basic customer service!nSo disappointed , please hire someone carefully
