London Drugs has 80 stores in more than 35 major markets throughout British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. The pharmacy is still the heart of our business, but we also offer a full service computer department, cosmetics ranging from lipgloss to high-end face creams, furniture, cameras, high quality photo finishing, cordless phones and plasma televisions. I had a very bad experience with their photo service. I went to this store few days ago for my digital pictures for my study permit extension and US visa appointment. One of their employees clicked my pictures but I don’t like my pictures then i told him to retake it. Then he took the picture again but I was not satisfied with my picture, I was in a hurry because I had a shift so I told him to develop the picture. There is one more thing I need to mention here that he already knows that there is no need of digital picture for us visa appointment but he didn’t tell me at that time. After couple of days I went there again for the refund and i was so shocked to hear they are not allowed to give me the refund for my picture. I told them that I don’t like my photo it was so dark and I look so ugly in that. The guy said I can’t do anything for you. Such a bad customer service they gave me. That’s the way they treat their customer if someone doesn’t satisfied with his/her photo. I’ll never recommend anybody to go to london drugs for their pictures. Also the cost is too much. Also, i told them that my lawyer said your picture is not good but they we need a proof of rejection. But still we can’t give you refund. I am so disappointed with them never gonna visit their store again. They are just making money for theirselves instead of satisfying their customers.

This morning my wife and I went to get a passport photo for our toddler, I was told by the employee at the photo kiosk that they don't do toddler passports and told us to go the north walmart.nI called them a few hours later to confirm because something seemed off, and guess what? They do passport photos for toddlers...awesome customer service! Much appreciated.

I had a great experience in make up section with Namarata. She was very helpful in selecting the good acne treatment products. Also, She is very knowledgeable and explain you about the products in a very polite manner.nThanks  Namarata and keep up the good work….!!

Interesting selection of products. The worker who assisted me was wonderful.

My Passport was taken swiftly and neatly done. Good customer service as well .
