I had a wonderful  experience shopping at the Bernard store two weeks ago.Kate is approach able to talk with.She well informed
 in her cosmetic dept.I needed some help with some products for my hair,,She is  amazing with customers,which we need these days.I do not shop on line,please let her know of her effort,.

Very disappointed that one grouchy persons complaint has taken away the privilege of being allowed to take dogs in... Seriously?  If we all complain about one thing will you cater to us immediately as well? 
Since I walk and bring my dog everywhere I will unfortunately be going to every single other store down town that allows dogs

I frequently shop here for items that I need day-to-day. Sometimes, I also take my mother along but to her disappointment, the Preparation H wasn't offered in a sufficient size. Oh well, we had to buy 4 and we'll try Costco next time.
