Kimberly in the beauty department is amazing. Have shopped here for years and she's always incredible. Knowledgable, kind and sweet. She can always recommend or color match a product. She listens to your specific needs and always makes your experience a great one.

The pharmacist that helped me out tonight (Doug Wong) was excellent and by far the best pharmacist I've ever dealt with. He was very clear and thorough with the information and instructions he gave me regarding my medications. Thank you Doug for all your help!

I use the store for general items so I can't comment on the pharmacy part. The store selection is as good as the other SDM stores I've been to. Employees are pleasant from what I've seen.

Dealing with the pharmacy is difficult. The attitude is that they are doing you a favour, which isn't so at all. On the phone, the lady's are quite snippy! The pharmacist is busy, so I don't expect anything other than that he do his job. But the people behind the counter, assistants or whatever need to work on their customer ser vice & should realize that without customers they would be out of a job. Other services are great & friendly I've found, post office, beauty bar, main checkout, they are all good!
