the worst possible experience I have encountered with any customer service rep. Carla and diane in the cosmetics department had absolutely no respect for their customers. I was opening a tester that was not sealed to test the serum on my hand like any normal person would have done with a tester and she snatched it from my hand, and THREW it back into the shelf raising her voice saying “do not open packages,” when I was quite clearly testing it. Then I grabbed it again to try and test the TESTER and she told me to “put it back it’s not a tester, we just ran out of tape which is why it’s not sealed” and I placed it back in the shelf and went to walk away and She proceeded to tell me not to touch or throw her things, and that I should probably just not come back. And when I told her I was going to make a complaint she told me my attitude was unnaceptable, and that my tone was ridiculous, after her being extremely rude, whispering about me, laughing, and the assistant manager as well was a part of this. 10/10 do not recommend visiting this store when either of these women are working. I will not be shopping again at this location and I’m disgusted by the service I received.

Competent caring staff. First rate pharmacy. Clean well stocked retail operation central to Maple Ridge.

Great helpful pharmacy staff. They always have smile on their face and don't hesitate to help you in any way they can.

Good deals! The only issue I find is that they staff this place like a corner store. There's usually 1 or 2 front checkout clerks, a cosmetics greeter, and a long line of people at the front waiting to buy their stuff. The lottery booths are at the front and I somehow seem to get stuck behind a senior taking their time picking scratch and win tickets with a full cart of goods yet to be scanned through. Makes it tough to wait when you have a kid or two with you.
