Shoppers Drug Mart

My experience at the beauty counter was extremely disappointing. The staff were unhelpful and unable to provide any solutions, focusing only on the problem. It was clear that customer care is not a priority. I will not be returning and would not recommend this store to others.

In the world we live in today customer service is hard to come by. I came into the store to buy a LISE WATIER lipstick and a MARCELLE ACCENT eyebrow crayon, I am a regular Shopper’s Drug customer. I also wanted to inquire about an oil treatment for my dry hair. Today I lucked out, the sales person who was working in the cosmetic’s department and helped me was Sheri and she knew the true meaning of customer service that you seldom encounter now a days. Thank you Sheri it was lovely and I really appreciated it.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Clean and well organized. Pharmacy employees always helpful and answer ally questions. Even though they have self check out in the store there's always someone to assist on a tillnThe beauty specialist Noemi, is very knowledgeable and assists in any way she can.

the lady working infront so slow so I went and scan everything myself!!! Adding more stories from sep 16 at 3:55 pm the blonde lady short hair talked to 2 guys on the way out about someone and hopefully that person wasn’t me …..actually, i realized they like gossiping cuz they feel bored!!! Lots of things to do on the shelves ! I never going back to this place !
