Shoppers Drug Mart

Pharmacy assistant is disgustingly rude, refused to submit a prescription to insurance even though they have been doing it for the last year, have already transferred to another pharmacy and will be sure to spread the word about this location

The pharmacy was the WORST. The service was absolutely horrendous. The pharmacy assistant was possibly the rudest person I’ve ever met. There is no chance whatsoever I will ever be coming back to this shoppers in my life. I wish I could rate this -5 stars but unfortunately I can’t. Overall disappointed.

I've been to many shoppers drug marts with usually excellent service but unfortunately this specific shoppers seems to be plagued by some curse. First and foremost lets adress the complete incompetent staff. We have about 10 people running around with about zero knowledge of the store. When asked to find specific products the staff usually has no idea what the product is let alone where to find it. The lady behind the pharmacy desk had no clue what insulin was. Also on TWO seperate occasions they had no Humalin-R thee most common insulin for diabetics, the service is laughable. I just left not to long ago after being rushed out at 6:02pm because the store closed at 6. Do yourself a favor and take the extra kilometer trip to the lundys lane shoppers you will thank me.

I would be lost without pharmacy assistant Jodi & her help managing my Father's medications/blister packs. The staff is friendly, helpful & happy to help with any concerns you may have. It's a big pharmacy with a hometown feel.

I was there today to take my passport size photo,the lady who was at photo center was so rude,unwelcoming.I was taking my photo for my permanent residence application I ask her a question that do you sign back of the photo she answered so rudely we don't,I said her I'm just making sure with you mam because I don't want to make any mistake this is my first time and I was trying to show her the information I had regarding the photo,she just ignored me and said I have been doing this for 14yrs and started doing her work and started taking orders while I'm at the counter, with those many years of experience I accept good customer service and a clear explanation how it works not this type of behaviour(showing attitude) and ruin my day, one thing I'm not going there again and I don't recommend anyone too.i hope the store owner read these reviews and take some action.
