My name is Katie Wheeler just when you think you've seen or heard it all this location pharmacy sent my script to North York Toronto as I was told by shoppers on Lundy's lane and they had it marked as if I went to Toronto and took my medication now shoppers under his Lane didn't know the pharmacy it was sent to they didn't tell me they couldn't tell me so when I called rexhall back to say how did it did it get sent to North York Toronto Marty said well it's not my fault I guess you'll just have to call shoppers in North York Toronto to fix it so not only do they lie to you but they make you sick on purpose!!!!! Then tell me oh well ur gonna have to deal with it not our problem, um yes it is your problem because I'm not the one who sent my script there they did. I can't wait for head office to get a hold of me back. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY they put ur health at risk.

I love this rexall never had a problem switching a prescription from 1 pharmacy to there's . They are polite & informative.they are fast ,have a great staff. over all always a great experience.

I was wearing a my hood up and they where  Following me around the store I made my purchase and left I would never steal anything Just because somone is dresses down dont mean they are going to steal

Me and my friend got a second dose of vaccine from Rexall and they guys didn’t give us the  PDF or certificate.  We have to show and submit this certificate while entering everywhere but the guys didn’t give us , Service is worse

This was my last stop as I am a senior an need to be out early, I was stunn ed when I found lysol wypes at $9.00, I bought them but said to cashier it was goudging, oh it was always that price,  not true I go there all the time.  I went next door to No Frill and bought same wipes for 2.00, told her at rexall and I had the bill, nothing she could do.  This is about the price not the return .

The Indian pharmacist didn’t get her name at the store was really helpful she answered all my questions gave me good advice and was really knowledgeable and empathetic!! Thank you

This review is from my vist that was 6 years ago. Aparrently my dad went to pick up my medication and they screwed it up so horrible service. I have been to other rexalls in the city and they are much better. Although we have moved my familys medication to the tremont pharmacy in st cathrines.

Myself and a friend visited this store late friday night last weekend. We had the intention of purchasing pepto bismol for my upset stomach. We wore semi-casual clothing and our behaviour was to be considered normal. Not even 5 minutes of being there we hear; security scan for our current isle in the store. Shortly after we see the cashier leave her till and follow us around the store, until we were ready to make our purchase. I felt very uncomfortable and discrimated against as I am a black male. I will not be returning to this location and I will continue to share this story to friends and family.

Love this store. Staff are very helpful. Cheryl in the boutique is excellent. She goes the extra mile to help you find what your looking for. This store gives you that old time quality customer service that is so hard to find in todays retail! :

Rosie B deserves a raise. She was amazing. Very knowledgabel. Helped me pick out the right feminine hygiene products.  Best diva cup I ever got
