Overall this shoppers drug mart is great. I have no problem being a patient there and they always have what I need in stock. This one blonde lady who brought in her child at the time of opening got so bent out of shape when she knew I was a customer that got in ten minutes early and explaining if a pharmacist hadn't been there she would have had to escort me out. Everyone else was super friendly. Anyway just as I was leaving I made the huge mistake of knocking over this stack of cards and I went behind the cash to pick them up where they had fell. I suddenly realized what I had done (going behind the cash without a cashier present) was a huge mistake of mine. She then just started hollering at me and acting as if I was going to rob them. Like calm down. Anyway this woman just made me feel so unwelcome and excuse my language but she was a giant B-I-T-C-H. She's probably just been working way too long. Get someone new and fresh/nicer.

Painfully slow, even though I politely told the cashier I was in a hurry and actually helped her to do her job! Not even a "thank you for helping me" or "sorry for the delay". Nor did she think to call someone for help. Very poor customer service. Yes, I showed my manners so it's not as though I was rude. Far from it.

Went in today to print some pics and they only had one machine and it was out of order. Would be nice if they had at least 2 so if one is out of order, you have another one for your customers? Please fix the machine.

The staff was nice and polite. Quite a big Shoppers as well.

Nice clean friendly location, very knowledgeable staff, huge selection and well stocked, easy access to Lakeshore with Large parking lot.
