My family recently went to Carl’s I.D.A. Pharmacy in Port Credit for our much needed COVID bivalent vaccines. Pharmacist Nick and his staff were friendly, accommodating of my senior Dad who needed an accessible facility and efficient in administering the vaccines. We also purchased needed items and the cash-out service was great. Thank-you!
The best family pharmacy in Port Credit. I have been going there since 2008 and most of the clientele are from the area so it makes very comfortable. Prescriptions are filled rapidly customer service is A1. Nick Tamara and Tonny makes me feel as I am a part of a family. During my cancer treatment they all the team were amazing Thank you, Thank you, Thank you Now they have an excellent nutritionist who patiently listens to you and advice you with number 1 supplements. We switched seamlessly to Carl’s Pharmacy at the suggestion of neighbourhood friends and we are so happy we did. Nick and his team are kind and professional and have gone the extra mile to make sure all of our pharmacy needs are met - from education to injections to sorting out confusion from our family doctors’ office. Refilling prescriptions is a breeze both by phone and on line. Messages and phone calls are addressed very promptly. During these COVID times, we greatly appreciate that Carl’s Pharmacy does both curbside and delivery and that the protocols in the store are second to none. We recommend them wholeheartedly!
Nick and the staff at Carls Pharmacy are kind and engaging. On the day of the Internet outage they supported a health issue our family was having. In solidarity with all the positive 5 star reviews here. Recently went in for a COVID-19 vaccine and the process was simple. Book your vaccine online, follow all the simple instructions and they even email reminders. If you're curious what type of vaccine they offer just give them a call. Their phone tree is set up to assist you quick as possible. Nick, the Head Pharmacist was so pleasant to deal with. As someone who is scared of needles, he sure made my day with his great sense of humour - making me forget the needle. The waiting area is simple, where staff can keep an eye on you in case anything rises. I also had the opportunity to look through their products and found the prices are less than big box stores. Thanks Nick and staff, I found a pharmacy that I can trust. I'll definitely have my prescriptions handled here going forward.
We have been going to Carl’s Pharmacy for about 23 years now, and the level of care is absolutely outstanding! Nick and his team explain any medication that is prescribed, and any questions that my husband Kevin and I have are answered thoroughly by Nick. We both had our 3rd vaccine yesterday booster. It took under 5 minutes to register and receive the booster administered by Nick. He was gentle and I did not feel the needle hate needles!. Nick explained possible side effects we had none and told us to contact him with any concerns that we may have. Port Credit is indeed fortunate to have a pharmacy like Carl’s.
I am a newer customer at Carl's Pharmacy and I was recommended by many of my neighbors who have been going to Carl's for over 20 years! The customer service is absolutely amazing and they treat you like family! I would highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone who is looking to deal with and support a great family business!
Nick and his staff are super friendly and caring. We always get our prescriptions timely and they always provide helpful, professional advice on any questions we have for our medications, OTC, vaccines, etc. Definitely feel welcomed to the community when we first moved here in Port Credit. Strongly recommended!

When Nick took over the pharmacy, there was a noticeable and immediate improvement in every way. You walk in, and there is always a friendly face and always ready with a smile to greet you...by name. From the beginning, Nick has been upgrading all of their systems to make it easier to order or re-order prescriptions, to get in touch either through their app, email or just a phone call. Nothing is ever too much trouble. As for the knowledge of all of the pharmacists, they are unequalled. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are the example that all pharmacies should follow.
