Tonight, my friend and I visited the store and noticed that the Philips Sonicare 4100 toothbrushes were marked down to $49.99. There were three empty boxes on the shelf, so we brought them to the cashier to purchase. The cashier went to check the inventory and returned saying that there was only one left. Although we were disappointed because we originally wanted to purchase three, we still agreed to buy the remaining one.nnHowever, when the cashier scanned the item, it came up as $95.99 instead of the advertised $49.99 price. We explained that the product was clearly displayed under the discounted shelf label and that we should be able to purchase it for the advertised price. The cashier insisted that it was a “different item” and that we would need to pay the full $95.99 if we wanted it.nnWhat made this especially frustrating is that both products were clearly the same Philips Sonicare 4100 model toothbrush. I have personally used this exact model for the past five years and wanted to finally replace it, so I am very familiar with the product. We tried to explain this calmly, but the cashier called the manager, who repeated the same statement and claimed they were different toothbrushes.nnEventually, we gave up and decided to leave the store. Before leaving, I wanted to take a photo of the shelf and price label so I could report the issue properly to headquarters. When I returned to the aisle, I saw the manager actively changing the shelf labels. This was extremely unprofessional and made it appear that they were aware the item had been incorrectly labeled but chose not to honor the displayed price.nnI was very disappointed by the entire experience. The situation could have been handled much more professionally and respectfully. Additionally, when the manager approached us, we noticed that she had flipped her name tag around so her name was hidden. I believe this should also be noted.nnI have attached two photos showing the conflicting prices displayed in the store — one showing the $49.99 shelf price and another showing the $95.99 price that appeared at checkout. These photos clearly demonstrate the confusion and inconsistency regarding the pricing of the item.nnTo make matters even more confusing, after leaving your store we visited another nearby location, which was the closest store to yours, and the exact same Philips Sonicare 4100 toothbrushes were clearly priced at $49.99 there as well. We were able to successfully purchase all three toothbrushes at that location without any issues. This further confirms that the product was indeed part of the promotion and should have been honored at your store.I'm also attaching the receipt from the store where I purchased the 3 toothbrushes.nnI hope this matter can be reviewed and properly addressed.
My experience this morning was so weird. I live in this area and go to this store all the time. I went bright and early this morning with my 12-year old son who wanted a specific deodorant. We walk in the store and my son went to the deodorant area and I went to look at face moisturizers.nInstantly there was a worker “organizing” product literally right beside me! She didn’t say hi or acknowledge me at all but she just kept beside me. Then I went to the area where my son was, and almost instantly another worker came and was “organizing” product! This worker again, did not say hi or acknowledge my son or I but made sure to stay within arms reach weird! This was at like 8:30am and I had no purse or bag in my hand, in fact, the only thing I had in my hand was my phone. I am a minority so I can only assume this is why they were “organizing” product right beside me wherever I went but, at least acknowledge us….say “hi” or something! It was just such a weird experience
I had an amazing experience with the beauty representative “DANUTA” at Shoppers! She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and truly took the time to understand what kind of fragrance I was looking for. She suggested scents that matched my preferences perfectly and made the whole experience feel personal and enjoyable, not rushed at all. Her friendly attitude and expertise made such a difference—I walked out confident and happy with my purchase. Exceptional customer service!
I had really really bad experience with Grupa lady working in the pharmacist, she was being rude to me and didn’t filled up my medication.nA day before pharmacist called me about prescription he received, and I told him to filled up that prescription and I will pick that up tomorrow morning at 10:30. When I get in the pharmacy they didn’t ready my prescription instead the lady said I assumed that you are going to move it to the other pharmacy. That’s why we didn’t filled up your medication.nI will not recommend this pharmacy. Because the staff here being so careless and disrespectful to the clients.
Found moldy cheese in the fridge area, every block of the Old on the shelf had mold. Expiry date of cheese wasnt until June 27, 2026, so it seems like a handling/storing issue.
