Well. It’s 10:30 and there’s one pharmacist on duty. I get to the counter to pick up a prescription just as she’s finishing up with a customer. The phone rings and she decides to leave me waiting long enough to google a handful of things In boredom and then write this review. I’m not entirely sure she’s even speaking to a customer as she’s giggling and speaking about how somethings very frustrating. Nice to know paying customers take a back seat to what seem to be casual phone calls.

The store is ALWAYS stocked with great products. They frequently have sales and its kept very clean. This one doesnt have a post office but it’s probably because of all the items they have being a big shoppers place, unlike other shoppers.

I asked the pharmacy why it always takes so long to get my prescription and gentleman behind the counter responded with "you think you're the only customer here?!" In an aggressive tone. Not okay. If my insurance wasn't already with this pharmacy I would be going some place else. Also the lady told me it would be 20 minutes, which is long but fine. I had to go to the counter and ask for it after 30 minutes. It was ready and no one bothered to call me up to get it. Instead they just let me sit there staring into space while 4 of them all made prescriptions.

This place is the worst. Came in for a flu shot, and was told they could do it. But after filling out the forms, we were told we have to wait for a pharmacist, and that would be 15-20 minutes. They was over a half hour ago, and we're still waiting. I've never had a good experience here. Save yourself some time and get your prescriptions filled at the save-on nearby.
