Always a pleasant visit. Staff is friendly, helpful and always have what we need. Pharmacy is very efficient and doesnt waste time delivering your prescription.

Store staff are great. Pharmacy however is terrible. My doctor prescribed iron supplements, so I went to the pharmacy counter and had asked if they had the supplement. He didn't answer me asked if I had blood work, so me confused by his abrasive attitude I said not here, he actual got short tempered and went off about how that has nothing to do with it... HUH. So I then again said yes I have had blood work done and told him once again my doctor wants me on this supplement. He then rudely asks more questions about my blood work then asks for my healthcare card, so I give him the card and without permission or telling me he looks up my blood work and comes back and tells me my iron levels are high. I told him 3 times that he's not a doctor and I will trust my doctors diagnosis before his. He goes on this rant how it can hurt my liver etc. So once again I tell him I'm going to listen to my doctor which by the way has been nothing short of fantastic and am going to get the iron supplement. He continues to go on a rant and I explain to him that my husband and baby are in the car waiting for me and I don't have time to argue and once again state that he's not a doctor and I turned around and left. I will honestly never go back and I wish I could make a formal complaint about that man. He was awful.

The store itself is great. Don't waste your time using their pharmacy. Horrendously long waits even when no one is in line. I recently went there for a strep throat test and it came back negative, they charged me $15 for the test. A day later I went to a real doctor and sure enough I had strep throat. Safeway is right next door and their pharmacy is far superior.

Lady in the cosmetics section was very rude. I was buying perfume for my wife and she wouldn't help. She acted like I wasn't even there. Another lady that knew nothing about cosmetics came over and helped as best as she could.
