The pharmacy is a joke. The one pharmacist is so ignorant every time I go in there and always makes it a big deal to fill my prescriptions. He once even went as far as to accuse me of abusing my pills. I'll take my business to a different pharmacist that is smart enough to know you can't get high off of birth control.

Very disappointed with the Canadian Post Service, very dishonest and unprofessional service! Just received the written notice that my parcel is gone! Parcel was never delivered nor received the notice to pick it up. The people working at the Rexall location in Beaumont are unfriendly and won't be able to help you at all! Seems like they hate their jobs! I would recommend to look for an alternative post delivery service!

The pharmacy there has got to be the worst customer service I’ve ever had. The one pharmacist often lies about not being able to find my prescription, says they will phone/fax my doctor about it but never do and they are completely rude everytime I’ve gone in there. Always a huge inconvenience to get my prescription.

Very disappointed in the process at the post office. I missed my medical parcel today at 9 am. My package was sitting there but was not input in the system. The girl did nothing to help would not get anyone who could help me. I let her know it is medicine and I am willing to wait. She told me to come back tomorrow. Would pray I never miss my medical dilivery again
