Shoppers Drug Mart

I've been picking up my prescriptions in this branch for about a year and must definitely say that it has the worst customer service of other pharmacies I've been to; even of other Shoppers stores. I've recently decided to move all my prescriptions somewhere else as the customer service is getting even worse. There's definitely not enough stuff in the pharmacy as well as at the drug mart counters. Customers line up and even if you're first in the line, you have to wait as the clerk is serving at another counter or handling the phone at the same time. It takes at least 20 mins to pick up a prescription that has been ordered in advance online or over the phone. It's not as easy as they advertise. You don't get much of advice either as the stuff miss proper training. Don't recommend this place.

That place is not too good. Sometimes when I am searching for an item I can't find it. Sometime employees are not too kind, and washrooms need a little clean. I think they should open 24 hr, 7 day at a week. Also hey should put more free parking.

I gave five for being so helpful to us and my family. Initially we went to their other branch at Central City for flu shot and they said they were not accepting below 6 yrs old kid, but here they do and I am very thankful. With me being pregnant and will deliver anytime soon, I did appreciate their flexibility. Also, all employees here seemed to be very helpful and kind.

WARRANTY / EXCHANGE ISSUE -> My wife bought a Curling Iron today. We first looked for the Type at London Drugs & Walmart. They did not carry the type she wanted. Found it at Shoppers Drug Mart. All good. Typical price -> All Good. HOWEVER: When i went to pay for it, the cashier told me this was a "FINAL SALE" / NO RETURN or EXCHANGE. This blew me away. The curling iron WORKS. My point is that if we took it home and unpack-aged it and it did not work, Shoppers Drug Mart would not even take it back in exchange for another one. I think this is a ridiculous policy for a chain like theirs. Looks like i will never buy anything "Electronic" from them ever again. Much better to buy these devices at: Walmart, London Drugs, Can Tire. At least they would back up their product!

Very much appreciate the 24 hour service, however, service for anything else is terrible. We only fill meds in emergency situations. When you're looking for help, all staff seems to avoid you like the plague. Have to ask for extra cashiers when lineups start, I've asked before where a certain item is, and was looked at like they had no idea what I was talking about. They don't know their flyer prices, if asked for help, your treated like you're interrupting their day. I've never had such poor customer service, in a Pharmacy. We stick to Save On Pharmacy, on Scott Road, amazing CS, they're friendly, very helpful etc...etc...perhaps your Staff could get some training from their Pharmacy. ( and I'm not kidding ) Good Luck, better do something quick, your Customers are dropping like flies!!
