Shoppers Drug Mart

This is the absolute worst pharmacy ever. This location causes so many unnecessary issues. They say they’ll have medications ready and you come hours after that and they’re not. Dr’s call in with immediately necessary medications after my sons surgery and they’re not hadn’t checked the answering machine in hours, so he’s 1/2 asleep falling over bleeding waiting over an hour to get them. The one lady there is super rude. They don’t warn you when you need refills, so I went a couple weeks without important medications. This is seriously one of the absolutely worst pharmacy’s ever. Change your prescriptions, go somewhere else anywhere else but here! Too many bad experiences.

I just got released from hospital and decided to send someone in to fill one of the 7 pain medsprescriptions and then finish the other 6 the next day. Never used them before never use them again. I Get the rest next day and 1 is missing so I call, and they tell me I have no prescription for that medication. I have the release paperwork in front of me saying they did. Instead of looking at the paperwork that was brought into them they look at what was typed in on the computer. If they had a minus rating they would be that. I even thought I should get a photocopy of this prescription in case something goes wrong, I didn’t and guess what

I was there today, I am here helping with the restoration of hydro since ice storm. I was looking for the men's section, 3 new canadians were all gabbing in lane where we saw the men's products. I asked the 1 of 3, he was the rudest of all. Like he owned the store. Rude, ignorant new canadians. We grabbed our products, and he ran to tell the teller we were rude. Picture this, 3 young new canadians, laughing at us, running to the front teller. Then she was rude to us. Poor Canada!!!

Very poorly managed.nnEvery time I am here there is always a problem and not just with my prescriptions but others in line.nnDropped of a script for antibiotics and was told 15 to 20 minutes. I returned 40 minutes later and waited line to be told it was not ready and it would be another 15 minutes.nThere was a man in line infront of me, who received a text saying his script was ready however, the pharmacy told him they needed to order his meds and it was not ready.nnOn every visit here, they are so disorganized and take forever searching the entire pharmacy area, as their system for storage is clearly flawed.nnI can't say I have experienced this at any other shoppers pharmacy I have been to.nnIt is also surprising that reading these reviews. There are apologies posted but no action to make improvements.

If only I could Raye it lowernI went there at 9 pm after the gym to get hair dye. They no longer have the color I use so was looking for an alternativenStaff was in the isle with me and took 20 minutes before asking if I need help rudely. Kept asking security to scan the section like I was going to steal somethingnI'm a 46 year old PSW I would never do such a thingnWhen employee asked if she could help I explained why I was taking so long and she rudely says bleach it out and walked away. . Terrible customer service to say the least no help at all I can't even believe I was treated like this for no reason
