Staff are always helpful and I can find everything I need there. Love the fact that the Pharmacy delivers.

In my opinion:  The Pharmacist/Owner is rarely there so, no quality control or oversight. Very poor customer service, follow-through or apparent interest in meeting customer's needs. Little attention to detail. After struggling with this pharmacy for 2 years I have finally given up and have taken my business to Sullivan's Pharmacy in East city where they actually do care, and are committed to providing excellent service.

Unfortunately the cosmetic department is lacking in the big brands other shoppers locations typically carry in a city even smaller than the size of Peterborough. Other than that, typical shoppers.

EVERY time I go to pick up my prescription, its ALWAYS a search. Its never in the drawer for pick up. Then i get asked if i dropped off my prescription sheet. Umm thats why im here..obviously i did...
