Shoppers Drug Mart

I wish I could give this place negative stars. From cashiers short changing me [ripping me off] $10 (because apparently nowadays they can't operate a cash and answer a question at the same time) to telling me to "Have a good one" - good one what?!?!?!?!; to the incredibly, monumentally rude pharmacists who actually MADE ME CRY because she was so so so so horrid; to the Post Office staff ALWAYS ON DAMN BREAK 10/10 times I go there; to the lack of any staff EVER anywhere being helpful in this store. This place is some kind of bad social experiment. Only EVER go to Charlotte and Aylmer. It's a 2.5km walk for me but it's worth it because they are wonderful. This Shoppers should be plowed down.

My experience was terrible. Im a senior who bought the copper 88 gloves for my arthitis. They fell apart within a week of wearing them. They wouldnt take them back. They dont stand by their products and slighted me off in minutes. The cost was 33.89 which may not be alot of money to some people but to a senior in pain its a big deal. Will not be shopping there anymore. Walmart is awsome. I will be spreading the news. As for the copper 88 products their garbage, buy the real tommy copper, on sale for $10.00, at showcase in the mall and are well made, really work. Oh yes and the copper 88 company promised to get back to me and promised to do something about it. Ha 4 weeks and nothing.

Their beauty boutique has all the bigger brands (Clarins, Clinique, Urban Decay, etc) which is great because I've searched for what seems like forever for one that did. Prices aren't very good, but never are with these brands so that has no effect on my review. Staff were kind and tried to be helpful. Big store.

Just called to see if the photo lab was open Aug 22nd 6:40 pm and the first call was was a giggle and got hung up in my face and called back sent to customer service for the 2nd time ,, I asked again the reply was "NO" and got hung up on again , this will be the last time I'll spend a cent in that store and will also tell everyone I know ! Bye sloppers drug mart ! everyonknow about it
