Ben’s pharmacy is the best! My husband and I are from out of town and about to visit my elderly parents. We needed Covid tests and literally everywhere else was booked and sold out of tests. The pharmacist at Ben’s was so helpful, friendly, and tested us even though it kept him there after closing time. The environment is clean, calm, and there’s a lovely sitting area to wait for test results or for vaccine. I can’t recommend this place enough!
Hands down the best pharmacy I have ever dealt with in all these years! This is like that old sitcom by the name of "Cheers" where the theme song says: "Sometimes you wanna go where everybody knows your name.... and they're always glad you came... " They know you by name at Ben's! And everyone is so lovely and pleasant and in great moods. They price match and are really on top of things. I highly recommend them and will never - ever - go back to being a nameless nobody at a big pharmacy.
Ben and his staff have been doing a spectacular job with my mother, providing friendly and quick service for the past 5 months that we have been here. They treat you like family here, it's lovely- and they will end up remembering your name and face- they remember my mother even though she's only been there maybe 3 times. I usually pick up prescriptions The level of customer service they provide here is better than anywhere else I've picked up medications for mom at.
Supper friendly & clean this is my permanent pharmacy from now on I use to go to littles on canal so happy to have another place like that
I would highly recommend Bens Pharmacy because of their personal touch. Both my husband and I were searching for covid vaccines Johnson and Johnson and I found Bens website which showed that they carried this vaccine. I called and spoke with Ben who told me that they were out of stock, but that he would call me when he got some in. Sure enough, about 1 week later, he called and we got our covid vaccines the next day. Where else can you get this kind of great service! Thank you so much Ben.
Ben and Sara are great at what they do. Mom has been a customer for over 8 months. Very professional and personable. Their new hire Tammy fits right in.
Going to Ben's pharmacy is an absolute pleasure. He's always on top of my medication even if I forget, he always reminds me and text me to let me know that it is done and ready for me to pick up. And if I have any issue's with the medication he doesn't hesitate to notify the doctor on my behalf to fix the issue. He's very knowledgeable about the medication and always takes his time to explain or answer any questions I might have.
Ben is a great pharmacist , he loves people,takes time to explaine things ,nice personality, I don't miss Walgreens at all , we had years of bad treatment and we are fed up . I recommend this pharmacy to any patient that needs respect,help,care,and great price is the free launch.
I couldn’t believe the price difference that Bens Pharmacy had compared to the other pharmacies. I needed a prescription that wasn’t covered by my insurance so I called them all in attempt to find the best price. Going to Bens saves me over 100.00 compared to the rest. My doctor suggested trying Bens and I had never heard of it before but now I am going there with all of my prescription needs. Not only was I thrilled with the price but the pharmacist was professional and knowledgeable. Totally satisified with the whole experience.
It is so great to finally have a local, community pharmacy to support. If you want convienence with the highest standard of professionalism on a personal level, than Ben's Pharmacy is it. There's never a wait, its 3 minutes from my house and I really like that my pharmacist Ben of course knows me by my first name. He transferred all my prescriptions for me and his prices are less than or equal to mostly less than the big chain pharmacies. Being a NSB local myself, it is of the up most importance for me to support our local businesses. I get to do that with Ben's Pharmacy.
