The cashier who assisted me displayed a complete lack of professionalism. The price at checkout did not match the price displayed on the product's tag. Instead of offering to resolve the discrepancy, the cashier rudely demanded that I go back to the aisle to retrieve the price tag myself. He then informed me, in an unhelpful manner, that even if the tag showed a lower price, he was only able to charge me the higher one. His attitude throughout the entire interaction was cold, rude, and impatient.nnBy the time I left your store, I was in tears. No customer should ever be treated in such a way, and I believe I deserve an apology for this unacceptable treatment. This experience has left me questioning whether I will return to your store in the future.nnI urge you to address this issue and ensure that no other customer has to endure such poor service!

I got scammed!!!!!!!nMost terrible experience evernnIt feels like cashier stole my points nI went to the store on Aug 14 ,2024 around 3 pm to shop some makeup products. I had 3 PC Cards I wanted to know how many points in the card. The cashier black lady working at the store scanned my PC Cards 6 times. I had one card in my phone worths 60$ points.nAfter shopping when I get to pay and try to redeem my ponits for my shopping. That lady said oh sorry yours points are already redeemed.nThen I said how it’s possible I didn’t redeemed my point where my points went. Then the cashier said it’s must be an error you can contact Pc customer service and they will give it back to you. I didn’t get any response.

Just want to say what an exceptional employee Dana is. I live in Stratford but always go to Shoppers in Charlottetown because of Dana. I don’t know her personally just from meeting her at Shoppers.. She is Professional, knowledgeable, very helpful and kind. Terrible customer experience. There are multiple other Shoppers in town, many other pharmacies, Sobey's across the street...shop anywhere else.

Good location. Easy to get into and prices are competitive and sales make things even better.
