Shoppers Drug Mart

Just like the equivalent one in my town. Decent place with pretty much everything a drug store should have. The place could've needed a bit of a clean up. Maybe it was the heat outside, but the temperature inside was refreshing. Some simple products weren't where they usually are in places like this. I had to search for them so did the employee that I finally found.

Absolutely disgusted with my experience at this shoppers today. I asked what the difference was between two foundations and the young newer girl in cosmetics was helping me wonderfully, then told me she would get someone to colour match for me and give me a great reccomendation for what foundation I should buy. The older employee in cosmetics comes over, and just tells me to buy a setting powder and keep using what I’m using - which I had already mentioned that what I’m using is not doing my face any well and that I’m willing to spend up to 40$ on ANY other foundation. She refused to colour match me, said she had nothing for me “just buy setting powder” , which my dermatologist already told me to stay away from. She didn’t listen to me, cut me off, gave me the shittiest attitude you could receive, and WALKED AWAY from me. I was left to walk around and replace all the items I had in my hand that I was quite clearly planning on purchasing. Seriously considering moving locations of my prescriptions too now because this place seriously does not deserve the business it receives. Kudos to the young girl who tried to help me, but bad service completely crosses out the good service. I am appalled and almost cried leaving.

I really like this Shoppers, and get a lot of great deals there. The main problem I have is that, at night, the parking lot is so dark. The lamp posts in that lot are NEVER on! I can't understand a store that seems to be doing so well would neglect their customers' safety.

Great option when the grocery stores are closed. Perfume display just inside of the entrance causes issues if you are sensitive to scents.
