Got into see a dermatologist Dr. Rodriguez. She was very quick, very nice, and I'd very much recommend her if you can get a referral to see her. Speaking of referrals my little cousin Sylvie has her medical practice in the same clinic. So my 4 star rating gets bumped up to a 5 star for seeing Dr. Sylvie Morin on the desk next to Dr. Rodriguez

I think the Sherwood Drug Mart pharmacy is the worst place l ever went too, when they made mistakes in my medications in blister packs they would outright accuse me of taking them this happened everytime then it came to the point l was disagreeing with one of staff at pharmacy and the manager walked by totally ignoring me the women on staff at pharmacy said well if you don't like it here you can go elsewhere and that's just what l did ,the pharmacy l am with nowis terrific, friendly, l am so glad l changed pharmacies, and l hope if other people have this problem they will speak up, you don't deserve to be treated like a person who was a drug addict, instead of admitting they made the mistake!

Only one person in waiting room. Receptionist is very kind. Waited about 30 minutes to see Dr. I know I have a sinus infection because I have had many over the years 59yo. Dr. told me just a cold take some Robitussin DM. Again at 59 years old I know when I need more than over the counter remedies. A complete waste of time especially when you are feeling awful. Update: Went to a nearby clinic next day. Wonderful quick service. Was seen by a real Dr. Diagnosed with sinus infection, prescribed antibiotic.

For the guy who said he should be informed about arriving and hour or 2 before opening to get in early, why should you be informed? How will you be informed anyway, you think they will magically call you up on a random day you decided to get checked in? Entitled citizen much? Sheesh

Pros: you can knock the door whenever you want. The earlier you reach, the less you have to take nap while you wait. Minor issues are tackled in fashion. Cons: too much wait time. No advanced equipment available which means you will eventually be referred to the QEH. Its just like you're wasting more time to reach the appropriate doctor for your treatment. Indicating that it is just an indirect way to keep people in queue before they're taken proper care of.

First time at walk in clinics PEI. None in Souris today so 50 mile drive to CHTN to start the day. Posted clinic hours 10 to 1 but when I arrived early at 9:20 people were already pouring in and 16 people had already taken a number and were waiting to be "registered." Why don't they tell people that this "registration" process starts an hour before the actual clinic begins??? NOT IMPRESSED!!!

They don't even have the decency to post their hours on Google Maps... Driving all the way there to find it closed was unpleasant to say the least.

The receptionist was so nice to me and the doctor was as helpful as he could me but gave me a referral which my old family doctor wouldn't even do for me. The hour walk was worth it thank you for your help!

got here 15 mins before opening, still waiting almost 2 hrs later. turns out people get here an hour before it opens and register. would be good to know that before hand.

Skip the waiting room makes this my go to clinic in charlottetown. The doctors who work here are friendly and professional. They ask the right questions.
