Murphy's Queen Street Pharmacy

A wonderful team member in the pharmacy named Jason helped me tremendously when they really didn’t have to when I stopped in close to closing time for a prescription. They went above and beyond and I am so grateful. Especially with the strain on our healthcare system, I really appreciated the level of kindness I experienced. Thank you.

I went there after work to pick up dog food as my supplier next door was closed ! One of the the items would not scan! I was asked to go try another one ! That would not scan either then I was asked to get a product code ! I explained to her I didn’t work there and I didn’t know what a product code was ! Then we negotiated a price on the product ! Could have been handled differently!

Today here on Prince Edward Island. We had a small but vigorous storm As such transportation is limited plows are working as hard as they can. However when speaking to pharmacy, trying to work something out. Was completely refused medication. And not given an alternative. Except for to get a new prescription through my doctor on the following day Monday. Remember the storm, doctor has over 3,000 patients, he's a doctor in other areas. Their solution bother the doctor. My solution crawl on the snow to get to where I needed to go. That was okay with them.

The staff at Murphy's Queen St. are fabulous! Super friendly and helpful. The pharmacists I've spoken with are excellent and very knowledgeable. They are my #1 choice for prescription refills and flu shots. They've recently added an app to submit refills, it's super easy to use and convenient. I am so happy that a Murphy's opened up walking distance from home. Go there, you won't be disappointed.

I have been a customer for over ten years starting with the Parkdale store and now frequent the Queen Street store. From the dispensary to the front check out, customer service is paramount. In both stores, the staff is friendly, knowledgable and accommodating. The prices and variety are competitive. I have to say it is a pleasure to shop at any Murphy Pharmacy.

muphys are great, localy owned/operated. They even offer a loyalty rewards program which is great because i shop here a lot.

Pharmacists and cashiers are great! Friendly, have great communication skills and also know how to do their job well!

very poor attitude towards customers ... went after work to pay my electrical bill but they said they already closed the counter half an hour ago... just so that they can leave on time, I suppose. VERY disrespectful! My rating: - 5!!

Very helpful staff, was able to get items delivered in isolation. Would recommend!
