Shoppers Drug Mart

I’ve had several encounters with the pharmacy team, and unfortunately, my experiences have been consistently disappointing. The customer service has been quite rude, which is surprising given that we are their customers supporting them with our business. It’s disheartening to feel unwelcome when we are simply trying to get the help we need. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.

I was shopping with my partner and security was called when there was no reason do so.Then they treated me like a thief. If you want to be treated like a criminal come here.

Excellent service and very knowledgeable staff. Took my two teen boys cologne shopping. The woman helping us was so friendly, helpful and patient. Recommended different fragrances and treated the young men with respect. Amazing selection as well. Even checked to see if there were any free gift with purchase promotions

I have been going to Shoppers Drug Mart Shediac for the last 20 years. There have been many staff changes, but one thing has always remained true, the staff is respectful, helpful, kind and always go above and beyond. The pharmacy staff are especially amazing. They have helped me out when a doctor could not, caught mistakes with conflicting medicines and offered advice when needed. I CANNOT say enough good things about this pharmacy. February 2025

I just want to give a 5 star rating to the pharmacy. The staff are always friendly, greeted with smiles and if you have any issues they will try to go above and beyond to help you out. I have been there many times when I needed a prescription filled and it is always done in a timely manner. The staff definitely deserve appreciation for their hard work even when times are tough they make sure your visit is efficient with their exceptional service. This level of customer service is rare and truly appreciated in our small town. Overall, my experiences with Shoppers Shediac is always outstanding.
