Excellent service and very knowledgeable staff. Took my two teen boys cologne shopping. The woman helping us was so friendly, helpful and patient. Recommended different fragrances and treated the young men with respect. Amazing selection as well. Even checked to see if there were any free gift with purchase promotions

I have been going to Shoppers Drug Mart Shediac for the last 20 years. There have been many staff changes, but one thing has always remained true, the staff is respectful, helpful, kind and always go above and beyond. The pharmacy staff are especially amazing. They have helped me out when a doctor could not, caught mistakes with conflicting medicines and offered advice when needed. I CANNOT say enough good things about this pharmacy. February 2025

Usually good service, however the last few times dealing with Tamara I am highly considering switching pharmacies all together as she is not willing to help the issue just gives attitude and says it’s the doctor sending to the wrong # but I have other prescription from the same doctor. She is incredibly rude, rushed and disrespectful for no reason, it seems as if having to serve customers at the pick up/drop off counter is the worst thing you could have her do. She told us they aren’t able to order things “because it’s so old I haven’t seen this before” **?? I’m not even sure what she would mean by this— the dermatologist sent these prescription** and then we receive them anyway after she spoke down to me over it; which just seems to be the way she speaks, is down on people as I had to save my little sister from her rudeness and attitude when she tried to drop off her prescriptions. I have attempted to pick up my medication twice now and apparently it is “not there” ! * Miraculously, 15 minutes after this posted, they have filled my prescription!*

I just want to give a 5 star rating to the pharmacy. The staff are always friendly, greeted with smiles and if you have any issues they will try to go above and beyond to help you out. I have been there many times when I needed a prescription filled and it is always done in a timely manner. The staff definitely deserve appreciation for their hard work even when times are tough they make sure your visit is efficient with their exceptional service. This level of customer service is rare and truly appreciated in our small town. Overall, my experiences with Shoppers Shediac is always outstanding.

We’re new to Shediac and haven’t had to use our drug plan for anything until recently. Tamara was so helpful in setting up my drug plan details and explaining all the different medications I needed to take , after spending 3 days in the hospital I definitely needed the extra help. she was so patient and friendly.
